How the TM Traineeship works
Step 1 – Recruitment to your specification
We recruit candidates specifically for your business, typically including:
- Aged 23+
- Full UK driving licence
- Van driving experience
- Less than 6 penalty points
- Comfortable with outdoor and manual work
- Add/remove requirements as needed
