The Adjuvo Group TM Traineeship is a structured programme designed to help people start a long-term career in Traffic Management.
It offers consistent work, funded training, recognised qualifications, and a clear pathway to permanent employment — not just short-term agency shifts.

During the Traineeship you’ll work towards:
- TTMBC
- Gateperson / Airlock
- Safety Critical Medical
- NHSS 12D T1/T2
- NHSS 12D M1/M2 RTMO
You don’t pay for these — they’re included as part of the programme.
What the 6-month programme looks like
- Month 1: Recruitment, induction, PPE issued, start on site
- Months 2–5: On-site work and skills development
- Month 6: Final qualifications and performance review
- After completion: Opportunity to move into a permanent role
Who can apply
We’re typically looking for people who:
- Are 21 years or older
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have van driving experience (preferred)
- Have less than 6 penalty points
- Are comfortable working outdoors
- Are reliable, punctual and keen to learn
